Thermoplastic road markings. Pavement markings for roads, highways, streets and all other areas where pavement markings are needed for safety. This is a mixture of several natural materials sourced domestically and globally to create a granular mixture that is melted by striping crews on roads. Glass beads are added into the mixture to create the reflective properties necessary for vehicles, pedestrians and all other vulnerable roadway users to see the markings at night. Resins create the binder that will adhere to the roadway once the material is heated to 420F. Once applied on the roadway, the material bonds with the pavement and cools in 5-8 seconds depending on the ambient temperature. Res-Q-Jack products originated with Cris Pasto in 1992, when he joined his fire department and discovered a void in rescue tools. A big part of firefighting is responding to motor vehicle accidents in which patients are trapped in or under a vehicle that has rolled over and come to rest in precarious positions. Norseal PF Series Compression Pads provide the widest range of thicknesses in the industry, even at densities of 140 kg/cm3. Density is one of the keys to minimize the overall weight of the module, pack and the vehicle itself.  Battery cells are the most basic units that store energy for hybrid vehicles and EVs. There are three types of battery cells that can be used in EVs: cylindrical, prismatic and pouch. Each battery cell has an anode and a cathode that are separated from each other, but the implementation is different in each cell type. The Norseal PF Series’ flexibility, which is available in different densities and thicknesses, enables it to be adaptable to different cell chemistries and pack configurations. These compression pads are responsible for maintaining pressure on the face of a pouch cell (and in some cases, a prismatic cell). If the elastomeric compression pad demonstrates poor resilience or poor recovery, this can cause the cells to expand freely to some extent causing their capacity to fade quickly. In addition, they insulate the cells from each other thereby making heat flow mostly to the cooling plate through the thermal interface material, to promote a uniform temperature across the cell stack.  Whether a battery uses a single pouch (or prismatic) cell or several cells in a series, optimal pressure on all cells has to be maintained to ensure minimal capacity fade. To do so, battery compression pads are typically used.

Fiber Instrument Sales' "Thunder Bolt" Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) is a piece of handheld test equipment manufactured in Oriskany, NY and is used to test an optical fiber, such as those used every time a person watches their television, uses a land-line or cell phone, visits the internet, or streams a video or music.  Fiber is also used in high-bandwidth applications, such as data centers and medical imaging.
